Special Needs Swim Lessons are specifically designed for people with physical or developmental disabilities. I help encourage clients' acclimation to the pool and facilitate growth&strengthening through exercise. I have extensive experience teaching a variety of clients.

Originally from Long Island, I competitively swam for USA SWIMMING for 15 years. I was awarded a scholarship to compete on the Women’s Swim Team at Siena College. After graduation, I made my home in the Capital District.
